Is it ok to be hurt?

I helped a friend through a time of difficulty, he didn’t know his left from his  right on a certain project. So I prayed with him, cried with him and supported him with the resources that I had. Everything worked out, and he questioned our friendship and said he needed to move on without me. I was hurt 😢, but I was cool with it. I moved on without no stress, only to get some calls later that he needs me, I wished him all the best, I was hurt once, I knew he would do it again! I prayed about it and GOD led my heart to do without him!

I was with a group of friends and I felt I came alive in my fleshy desires than in my Christian Faith, we were meant to be Christians and our Faith should result in us talking about GOD voluntary, not something forced but that we enjoy… I kept asking GOD is this what you want for me? Because I have had Christian friends in college and I know the things we were about and I came alive as a Christian! :

In finding the right friends or people to be around, lookout for red flags and don’t take them for granted…

Revenge makes you evil..

Yes it hurts! It hurts really really bad, the way some people just do some things without thinking, or people who  just have plain evil hearts, hurting you is a way of life for them! You just have to forgive them and let them go, obviously the opportunity to hurt them back will show up, don’t take it! More or less you seeking out a way to deal with them! Let it go and let GOD take control…. Remember all that time you sinned against GOD and HE kept loving you, GOD sometimes shows us a bit of how HE feels or felt about our sins by putting such people in our lives, to teach us how to show Mercy like the way HE did to us…

An evil man seeketh only rebellion: therefore a cruel messenger shall be sent against him.

True Friends hurts!... Love them still

It will hurt 😢! Being a true Christian Friend can be so hard sometimes…. But you have to move on as a Christian and love your enemies as JESUS says Matthew 5:44

I really do wonder how I love these people, the ones who I  know don’t wish me well! Always doing stuff that hurt me or say things that normal people won’t put up with! How is it possible for me to like them again?!

I have figured out that as I spend more time with GOD, HE fills my heart with so much love for people, that it’s so easy to move on… Honestly I have being baffled 😯 by how I still talk and relate to some people in life and care for them, despite the ridiculous things they have done to me! Amen….

Let GOD Teach You How To Relate With People

There are times when GOD tells you to stay away from certain people and times HE pulls away some people from your life. It's important that you follow HIS lead and do what HE says for HE knows the secrets and motives of everyone. At our very best, we are humans, we don't know the supernatural or we can't read other people's minds. Some people seem nice and all, but at the end, they are very horrible people or people you should not associate with because what they do is not in line with the #Goal in your mind.

GOD told Abraham to move away from his family and when he did, he took Lot (his nephew) with him. Lot had lost his father and Abraham took it upon himself to cater for him. Sometimes, we get carried away by other people's situations, and stick with them. GOD never revealed HIMSELF to Abraham until Lot moves away! Genesis 11:27 - 12:5

Words go a long way, Know how to use them, they can make the good feel better... Proverbs 16:24

There are times I  get some things all wrong and I begin to condemn myself, and GOD says "I don't condemn you, why are you doing it to yourself?".  The one thing I know is, some times you're the only team member you have and if the whole world is pulling you down, saying things of no value to you, hold on to the #WORD OF #GOD and encourage yourself! Don't let people's words get to you.

Guard your heart hold on to the WORD OF GOD, make sure you let your ears and eyes feed on things that will nurture and  encourage the #HEART!

Stop making GOD the #ThirdParty in the affairs of your life

There are times I get carried away and I forget myself, and keep on talking about some sensitive things with unbelievers and Christians. And their response can be sometimes shocking! Or when I'm indecisive about something, and I let the fact I have to spend time with certain people due to #Circumstance, forgetting some things are just left between me and GOD, I should just wait on GOD for an answer, than sharing my #doubts, #hopes and #fears with others!

When you get that awkward response that doesn't incline itself with the WORD OF GOD, its high time you keep quiet! And like I do, Ask GOD to take control, ask for forgiveness, and let waiting on GOD have the final say in your life!

Don't get me wrong there are things you can share you with people, but there are certain things you should just leave for GOD to help you with, not everything in your life should be known to all... Let there be some #PRIVACY! Just between you and #GOD. That's why the time you spend with GOD is usually called a quiet time (ask the HOLY SPIRIT to grant you the GRACE to have one), where you get GOD'S response concerning different issues, and your #FAITH arises in HIM as HE tells you what to do!

Let GOD hear the stuff that is in going on in your #Life First before other people, stop making HIM a #ThirdParty over the affairs in your life! Coming to HIM in prayers and supplication asking HIM for help to fix all the wrongs, when you went ahead to do things without HIS consent!
